What we offer your clients

We specialize in small group active adventures, including hiking, cycling, mountaineering, sea kayaking and more, along with a wide range of soft adventure tours.

Need something tailored? We can custom-design private tours for travellers who prefer not to join a regular group or whose dates do not align with scheduled departures.

Working with us

A dedicated travel agent portal is in development. Until then:

• All bookings are made via our website, so terms and conditions are clearly shared with your clients.
• Emergency medical and trip interruption insurance is mandatory for all travellers and must be arranged by the client or by your agency if you offer it.
• We can assist with pre and post tour hotels and transfers.

Travel agent commissions

Commission payments are made by wire transfer in the first week of the month after your clients have travelled.

Payment and booking process

Deposit payments are processed through our secure online booking portal and can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Final payments can be made gross by the client using VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Net payments can be made by the agency using the same methods.

When booking, please provide your agency details, including address, contact name and ARC or IATA number, so we can finalize the reservation.
