This discount program is exclusively available to travel agents based in North America. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Discount Details

• Receive 30% OFF the published trip price when booking any trip for yourself on:
  • UTracks
  • Great Canadian Trails
  • World Expeditions

Eligibility

• You must be a registered travel agent with a valid industry ID, confirmation letter from your agency, or accreditation (e.g., IATA, CLIA, ATAS).
• Proof of agent status may be required at the time of booking or before travel.

Bonus Offer

• After completing six (6) client bookings across the above brands, receive 50% OFF your next personal trip.
• Bookings must be confirmed (i.e., deposit paid).
• The bonus trip must be booked within 12 months of your sixth client booking.
• The 50% discount applies to a single trip and is subject to availability and blackout dates.

General Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability and approval by our reservations team.
• The discount applies to base tour costs only. Not applicable on any surcharge, supplement or items not indicated as included per the detailed itinerary.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or industry rates.

• Some exclusions apply, including, but not limited to: special departures, mountaineering and exploratory treks, trips over 30 days. When fixed discount does not applies, we'll be happy to discuss the best possible industry rate we can offer you on our trips.

Group Bookings

Travel agents get an FOC (Free of Charge) when travelling with twelve (12) paying clients

• Applicable on the base fare of the same departure.
• Must be requested at the time of booking.
• The travel agent is responsible for reaching a minimum booking number (12). If any clients cancel their participation, you will be responsible for finding new clients to take their place, or they will lose the FOC space.
• If the FOC is on a bike and boat trip, a single use of a twin cabin supplement will apply unless you find a 14th person to share.
• This can only be used by the registered travel agent who booked the group and is not transferable.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or industry rates.
• Standard booking terms & conditions of UTracks, Great Canadian Trails, or World Expeditions apply.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
