If the status for your chosen trip is ‘closed’ or limited’, please contact us to check the availability of the departure. 

If you would like to speak to one of our travel consultants, please call us on 1-800-567-2216 or visit your nearest World Expeditions office. Your consultant will be able provide information on the best way to submit your booking form and payment details, as well as the deposit for your chosen trip.

Once we have confirmed your booking, one of our travel consultants will be in touch with a comprehensive pre departure kit. This kit contains everything you will need to start planning your adventure from visa advice to gear lists and country information. Your pre departure kit also includes a medical and personal details form which you will need to complete and return to your travel consultant.
